Wanted to contact owner of Wxx 8xxx white van.

     I use to drive my little pink Kancil with some school mates to Taman Desa school everyday and as usual I park along the main road
     just outside Amadesa. On this Saturday noon I got this note on my car.
    
     Wxx 8xxx -Van, white knock your car
                      -no brake, van roll down
                      -no one in the van
                      -time 7.45am 14/8
                      -good neighbour.
