Rape Attempt!!!

Residents of Winner Court B...kindly take EXTRA SAFETY precautions measures with immediate effects.  There was RAPE ATTEMPT on a maid from block 16 at the squarsh court just 2 days ago.  This incident took place at broad daylight about 6pm.  What SHOCKED ME the most was to know whos the culprit...its was not other than the SECURITY GUARD working in the premises.

Are we living in a secured vacanity with this sort of people working as security guards? 

I have also heard grivience & watched with my own eye, empty unit's car park being used by other residents/tenats to park their 2nd or 3th car, and when the actual landlord comes in got to park has got no place to park. It was also highlighted by one of the resident that he did not rent out his parking bay, & how could there be another card parked & not being clamped after he has inform the security officer.  Where's the enforcment? Whats is the property manager doing about this?

Over the weekend, it is stated clearly in the HOUSE RULES no shifting in/out. But we can still see lorries coming in to move out.  When asked the security officer on duty is there any written approval from management..answer is NO!  This shows clearly that there's no compliance od House Rules at all in this premises! 

We are all paying the maintenance fee to get a service in our premises..but looks like the property managers has engaged 'unethical' security company to manage our place.

Security is the UPMOST PRIORITY in our apartment & when this sort of INCIDENTS is taking place, its about time for us the residents to take STERN ACTION to source out for other companies.

Lets not wait for another incident to happen and then we all the Residents will feel sorry & too late to do anything else.

Im a family men living here & DEFINETLY wants the best out of the maintenance fee that i pay every month.  Not just empty promises & same jurgens used to brush matters under the carpet.

I would like to STRESS here the RAPE ATTEMPT was made with in our premises therefore lets not wait for another such sitution to happen to our family members which could be your mother, sister, wife or your own kids.

There's no point crying over spill milk later.

Lets all be RESPONBILE RESIDENTS to tackle this issue & find a solution IMMEDIATLY!!

Dear Watchdog, I think you really a watchdog and u do sniff around all over the place. Very good job keep on sniff around as i can see that you r a very free man like all the ...............that had nothing to do all day but just keep complaint here and there?  Aisyehman Watchdog i just 18 years old and do go to school n commonsense tell  me that at 6pm at the open place  that a rape attempt case, u must be joking.  For what i was told by some b.body that the maid n the guard r like cintan2 u like me i like u like the Hindustant movies so they meet up at the club house to avoid their bosses knowledge. Please Watchdog do not make conclusion cos the police is handle the case as you r just a watchdog without license and for the parking lot just let our maintenance officer to handle as i was told that they just update all the access card recently. If your r a owner of Court B you don't shit on your own bowl with this all nonsence that cos .........between the resident, maintenance, guard and the cleaner.  Keep up the good jobs

  I can say that the current team and the property manager are very good and not to put the items
  as one. It is a police case now brother watchdog.Keep up the good job and you guys get my support
  and praise and thanks.Thank for your concern watchdog but you must know all the residents are cencern
  with your ways of doing things which cause a lot problems to the residents especially the owners.I can
  feel many many many improvement here and there which where our fees are being paid for now.You
 cannot deny our apartment can be one of the best run in Desa Petaling now.You cannot deny the last
 team also very commited and good but you guys that giving them all the nonsense causing them
 to give up. We are very lucky the current team are brave enuff to carry on with no pay and salary.

If the watchdog still not happy with the new committe, why not he him self join the committe if not stop all the complaint and nonsence.  If watchdog still not happy and think that WCB is not safe anymore to stay then pack up n move to other place than rather mest up WCB. For what i see there are  a lot of new progress coming for WCB i.e. painting, update access card, built new wall, fencing, guard house, washing water tank and etc.  This is a very good progress for WCB as the committee utilise the fund in a proper way.  KEEP UP THE WORK AND TO ALL THE COMMITTE THANK U.

Dear Watchdog, I wouldn't call that incident a rape attempt. They are adults and fully clothed, probably just having a little illicit fun. It was more like both of them planned to steal some time off to have a little fun in a secluded corner but was discovered. The guard "curi makan"  while on duty -thats about it. The security company has removed the culprit and reported the incident to the police. The  security company has also apologised to our WCB committee and will submit an  incident report on this issue once they have a clearer picture from the police. The security company has done what needs to be done. Lets not over react. The police is still on the case.

Uncivilised behaviour and vandalism happen all the times in apartment living. No property manager can give you a total solution to all the problems. If there is a car which habitually park  in your parking lot the onus is on you to report the matter to the Property Manager. There are 350 parking lots here. It is not reasonable to expect our security to tract down every infringement on the usage of the parking lots.

The Property Manager and the Security company have done a good job. Let's leave it this way.

    Dear Mr.Watchdog I do agreed with choy ending advice Let's leave it this way.Also after this new year we wish to have a better WCB
     Your subject on this rape attempt I can only figure you are getting a confused information.It can be a two way tickets and it's
    not advisable to be a judge or play prosecutor at the same time.The so call guard already being terminated as a precaution but then
    your posting created so much worry to WCB.
    On the property manager that engaged those unethical security company,I can say you are getting the facts wrong again because
    the property manager JUST join WCB.Before this, three security company being replaced, so this is one of the better company
    we inherited when we join the present committee and at mean time no decision being taken to remove them.
    On your point that cars are not being clamp,you must miss the notice at every corner since year 2002 that action will be taken     
     and it show us the problem exist and can't be completely removed and since the new manager came in the collection increase
     with fine and it prove to us the guards are working. Mr Watchdog thanks for your highlight here and I also hope your input can give
     true benefit to the residents of WCB. Suggestion and argument can make things better if we can find the solution. HAPPY NEW YEAR

Yo bani, welcome to desapetaling.. the almost most peaceful colony on earth if phenom was not dragged here by his parents 20 years ago 

don't believe all the bad things you hear about desa petaling, its a conspiracy to drive the house value here down so more rich people can buy them..

its so peaceful here we can almost hear phenom bed squeak every night all the way from ABC 

if you do see any rapist do send them to our trusty captain11 he will know what to do with their itchy appendage..
