that time, i was working around that area. So, i am kind of a regular customer there. And it was like a first incident after having many lunches/dinner at that restaurant.
The owner replaces another dish for me, but my appetite kind of gone already.  Grin

I know some kitchen are really notoriously dirty... there is some place, whenever after makan, you would find the toilet and have light diarrhear the next day. haha...

Dear Captain,

No apology required and thanks for the comment.

Atleast we are on the same side - better be safe by looking first before eating then blindly eating flies/ants/cockroaches.  Wink

Regards,

VPSIFU

Dear Chili,

Try going into ABC's kitchen and you will see wonders happening.  Shocked

Even better, next time you are there, stand outside the kitchen and see for a few minutes and you will know what i mean.

Regards,

VPSIFU

Noodle stall across Block 9 bus stop

Are you talking about the proprietor who is chubby, bubbly and fair skin lady? If yes, her stall is definitely one of the roadside stall I 'd ever visited. Curry noodles, wantan soup, wantan noodles and kopi peng are awesome. Another one will be the lady who sells nasi lemak next to the wet market stall at the end of  the road before turning into Desa Puteri area. Her husband wears glasses. Wonder if she is still around.

Hey Michelle,

It's the night time stall opposite bus stop, almost always full. For a small stall they sure can prepare lots of noodles - Dry curry chicken mee, pork noodles, meatball noodles, fishball noodles, curry mee, fried noodles - i'm sure there's a lot more written in chinese on the menu

BTW for the morning market are you talking about the nasi lemak stall next of vege stall (near the small worship place)? She is still selling but i think the husband passed away..

Yes, that's the lady I was talking about. She sells delicious nasi lemak. Her curry chicken, sambal udang and condiments are awesome. How about the chubby lady who sells curry noodles and coffee in the morning? Is she still operating?

there's this chicken rice shop in Connaught along the main road, the back row after dominos, but not the one same row as dominos becoz its over priced and not that good to begin with.
you won't miss it.

go for the steam chicken.. demm goooood...
very low profile could go unnoticed. price is very very decent too.

phenom coolness rating  Cool Cool Cool 8)1/2 out of 5

highly recommended.
