Dear CM of WCB,

Any latest updates on the following? I suppose it has been finalize and wonder when the project is going to take place?

I am excited and anxious to look at the "new building".

Hopefully it will increase the rental &  value of the property here.

Cheers.

Dear Bong, work will start after CNY and you can view the color selected by the residents(majority decision win) near the
play ground after finalising fifteen contractors and causing  some delay in order to protect WCB interest.WCB will look new in a few
 months time from now. Cheesy

Hi Bong you guys will enjoy it but I will miss it. A high posibility I will shift to nearby Aman Desa in the coming months and
going to miss my old friends in WCB. Still deciding to move or not bcos the parking there is quite some distance from my unit when
  comparing to WCB.

Hi Bong , WCB have a very good set of CM consisting new and old members now and contrary to what other perceive
the committee members can make a lot of new friends and almost full support from the residents. There should be
less than ten who are not happy for certain reasons or due to difficult personnel issue.Coming this April 2009 AGM
the committee members need to resign and a new election to select again.Don't worry WCB have plenty of competent
residents here and make sure don't elect resident who never turn up for committee meetings.I still undecided moving over
there and it's just a walking distance from WCB.

HI, I am glad to know finally we are going to have new paint. I am just concern over the security during the period of the painting job, when the rack is put in place, it is very easy for anyone to climb up to the balcony. Is there any additional security to monitor and prevent it from happening?

Actually I am curious how will the progress of the pain take place, ie will they put up rack everywhere then start to pain or will they put up rack in a session and pain, then move on to the other.

Yes security, security, safety safety indeed very important and being discuss in the MC for almost one month, between the
paint manufacturer and the residents at the EGM.Staffs will be register, rest area located, public liability insurance, increase
extra guard from three to four two months ago and many other.Work schedule will be on the notice board soon by Peter.
Work start at the lowrise in stage before moving to the highrise in stage or both together. Hopefully the residents
can liaise with Peter since the painting include the balcony and washing areas. WCBfan you can give inputs to Bryan Lian from
Orica Testure Coatings manager at 012-2009842 so that we can have a better security control.
WCBfan our actual worry will be the main pressure water pipe and the lift, with four circuit board per lift, old cables to be replace
at almost 500meters per lift, shaft and pulley worn out and motor, braking shoe and sensors. WCB still need personnel with good
technical background so that no trial and error being tested on us by the contractors.Pls call Peter for more detail, may
be he can go into more details.WCBfan and Bong, Peter is quite helpful.

Painting has already started with lowrise eventhough is small portion, overall, seems to be nice to me.

So Jerry, you still thinking of shifting? :-)
