Dear All,
Perhaps under this topic, the people who were not around to tell the committee about the general maintenance suggestions of the building can do so.
At least the committee will be aware of them.
I'll start with one.
1) The drains around the low rise of WCB are cracked or have holes in them. Could the building management please seal all these. I suggest that the management should conduct checks at least once a month.
Thanks.

Dear friends, I ended up as a committee members most properly through voting confusion. The committee members of Winner Court B consist of nine voluntary personnel already organize a few details discussion with the just reappointed management agent. We prefer them to be residents friendly and action orientated. But then there is always a limit by the residents towards an unsatisfactory performance that turn to anger and frustration. Hopefully, some residents can contribute their time to be part of the team or be the advisors as a team. Nala your suggestion noted and be forwarded to the office.

Not sure who is going to take the cost, but would it be nice if the road within Winner Court B vicinity is smoothen and tarred. Improved landscaping by planting more plants will make it more homely coz now it looked a bit bare. It will be nice returning to a "resort' like home after a hard days work! Just my 2 cents opinion.

Only the residents of WCB can decide for the ultilisation of thier own funds and future. Those in the MC cannot made decision for all the three hundred and eighty four units for what the MC think is right. We needs feedback from the majority to have a happy and harmony relationship. Please contribute your opinion and don worry about fund. There are plenty of fund in WCB and I think no point of keeping more since it is your money and in fact it your money. I am in the committee and it is my sincere opinion that the residents must have more voice instead of voiceless. The MC in fact is trying to get most request and job moving by engaging a new managing agent.

Sometime last year, there was a plan to build wall around the perimeter of WCB and to tile up the corridor of each floor. Does anyone know what the status is so far, coz I think this is a very good move to further improve our security (not that I think it is bad, in fact I felt very safe once I pass the guardhouse coming into WCB) and will definately enhance our property value. Sometimes, it is the 'packaging' that would result in many fold increase in value.
And to the MC of WCB, I would like to thank you for making this place a very good and condusive place to stay so far. All of you have done a very good job - very vocal and action oriented, while very careful on the finances.

I heard from the current management company that Meadow Park will be appointed again to run WCB. I have to say that the current management company is definitely not doing a good job, but to go back to Meadow Park seems odd to me, I thought we were having hard time taking back the account from them when we form our WCB perbadanan? Could you share with us why this decision is made? Or have I heard wrong wind??

Very true and not wind. An emergency meeting being call, service to the residents are breaking down, staffs turning up late, staffs on leave without replacement, car entering with extra card supposely from motorcycle card.We discuss with DR SUNTORO, we will sign something to our requirement. They will compensate us if their staffs misappropriate with our fund and we insist it to be drafted in the agreement. We are being paid around 600k into WCB account, you need skill to convince and fight and this is part of their game to delay. Under Act318 the game change, they have no power play, you the residents hold the gun, the MC is the game that you need to check including me.Hope you support the MC but must also have a check and balance. For your information WCB have the most solid cash in Desa Petaling, therefore we should thanks the developer and all the old committee members. This website provide you another venue in the future if you can't find a place to voice.

Bro Zoey take note of what you want, will pass to the committee. Now the residents hold the gun and no more the MC alone and not the developer so now you have your voice. You needs to thanks the old committee like Mr.Chong, Mr.Tou Sou,Mr.Mike,Mr.Yim,Miss Teng,Billy Yong Ronnie,Ken,Josephine,Miss Liew and many other who already left and contribute toward WCB.

I agreed that the current management company is more than dissapointing, and we need a new company that can perform their job. I hope our current process in place that we have set over the past 2 years can help to make sure that Meadow do not mess up with us like they do before, I think all of us have the same memory of how they mess with the parking lot where the Manger over here use it to earn money and so on...... These has to be in control. Looking forward to a better management company and thank you for the effort put in.

wcbfan sorry that you are still worry about Meadow but then the present MC are more worry than you if something went wrong the MC will be chase out from WCB from their own home. Regarding their formal manager mismanage the parking lot it cannot be better now.WCB got twenty over percent who are not paying up their service charge that mean we got 60 over parking lot available. You can find more detail with the MC how those car sneak in. For the current agent their company are not bad but the staffs are the main problem and we can't blame it on the whole company, the same with Meadow,a few staffs we can't blame the whole company. We also cannot deny that the last AGM being mishandle causing friendly residents into enermy and now it is also our responbility to bring them back together. Please ask all to forget the past and we hope to organise event and trip for all to joint hand again. Also please take note that cheque signatory are split into three group and all are being sign by the MC and not a single by Meadow. You can contact us for more detail.Have a nice day wcbfan.

Jerry, I have no doubt on the MC's decision and I am sure the process in place is good to prevent any of the Management company's staff from mishandle. I don't remember seeing the Authorized Signature group on our Notice board,(please forgive me if it is there) perhaps the MC can consider to put it on so that all of us are informed. Please do not take me as a problem seeker that keep asking questions, I am just voicing out the concern which I believe many other residents have, and we are grateful to have MC like yourself and Mr Tou and Mike and many more who volunteer to take on the role and responsibilities.

wcb dun worry,we feel that it is a matter of respect for current management agent that we still hold on putting it up on the new appointment and authorized signature group will be up after the new agent take over. On Mr.Tou,Mike,Yim together with the new comer,I can say they are very honest personnel. I am here only for a short duration and will leave at a short notice.Very unfortunate that most of the good residents become victims of circumstantial.Very clear the MC need SOP skill and need more advisors and if you have the time pls joint this team.

I can see their professionalism by opening up the MC to all the residents. By putting up big banner inviting residents to bring in those who are interested for tender. A good team, thank you all.
