Redevelopment of MEI Furniture area ?

Seems like some redevelopment is going to happen for MEI Furniture location.... ?!? does anyone know hat happening there ?
or is it for some CNY event stuff ?

i got go passby there c any sign board about what happen at there..but i cant find any of the sign board for the project

I asked one of the security guard...  he say he heard from someone saying it is University !!! but how can that be... maybe I couldn't understand what he is trying to say... or may be he just joking as he also dun know....

Should be University. You guys should notice those properties agents quite active looking to purchase houses in this area.

by the way, i ask the ppl last time wash car around there, they say rebuild furniture world wo...donno la.. i got ttry to find sign board, but cant get abit information at all

wow if college, den next time sure many ppl r staying here, and the shop will hot back, if not now all so quiet, spark many shop was close due to no buisness,sad to saw that

It is doom to fail because workers alone already occupying all car parks. How about visitors, customers? SPark has very bad planning at initial stage.
