I wonder is there anyone else facing this problem,
i am selling my unit since April 2010, buyer got everything ready with loan pre-approved since May 2010.
Now today is already Oct 2011. 1 year and 6 months later....... i am still unable to sell my unit due to problem with developer.
Can anyone imagine the frustration i am having, and the regret i got a property from Mahajaya.

You can drop at the developer office to find out, it can be your lawyer fooling around or the local land office to take more then one and a half to approve this so call double transfer. It is normal for them to take such a long duration.

Agreed with ChongTK. However if you don't have strata title when you are selling that time, at least almost 1 year should be the timeline to complete the deal. Unless you have court order or special case like deceased or bank lelong, it will normally reduce the timeline.

When i was interested to buy Amedesa unit back on March 2011, the agent also said because of double transfer, it will be take 1 year plus to complete the case.

Even thought i'm very interested the unit that i see, and price also acceptable, but i think twice and discuss with my wife.

At the end we saw another unit at Sri Lata, signed S&P on April 2011, and Sep 2011 already got the key to move in.
They already have the strata title, so it take only few months.

I believe your unit price will be lower back on April, 2010.  Cry Since the price now look crazy from other seller.....  Shocked

Those who still interested in Amadesa Condo.. You can buy from owner who already had Strata Title done. It will be as simple as buy other house. Those owner had not done their Strata Title. They had to undergo double transfer and mainly the huge delay would be from developer side.

Haizzzzzz i gave up  Embarrassed. A lesson for me here. In future i really need to look into developer background other than the location and property.

Btw...... i have to admit, i have never regret buying amadesa and staying there, is really a wonderful place. is perfect place where i call "my home".
