WoW! RM2000 rental with full furnished?
Jeffhlow some medium cost at Desa Petaling I am renting our at RM900 and above unfurnished and is a 24hour snap up market at this strategic location. Amadesa needs to be promoted as a high end market now and be can higher than those new properties nearby if given proper branding or just a new coat of painting. It just a matter of time Amadesa will gain in value and pricing.Renting at RM2000 event unfurnished is not wow$$$ if unit condition is good.Good luck Amadesa.
