Dear Amadesarian!

There is a notice which post up quickly and remove quickly which about changing the management team. I personally think that there is no need to change as so far I have been dealing with them for more than 5 years and they are just great! I know there is some resident might be upset over them because of some strict rules and less co-operation. I missed the reply notice to the "new committee" to voice out the need as I a was overseas that whole week. When I am back the notice were gone just that!

I felt there is something not right! Voice some of your comment!

The committee are doing the right thing. Why not right when replacing them.Almost the whole of Desa Petaling had replaced them and now they regret not replacing them earlier.

I think the problems lies with the Committee Member as far as I know most Condo or apartment had these type of issue. Committee over abuse power and so on! I've seen alot of committee can really go abit overboard just to make sure their interest is in the effort they put in!

As a committee member is to make sure you give the best to the resident and owner staying there not to make a penny or two.

If were to replace the current management, what's in for the rest of the resident and owner? For a better management or maybe for lower pay on the management team?

ChongTK,

Committee draws no salary is a fact! However can committee put their expertise/business service into contribution to make the place better?

What's more, I have never talk to management about the committee issue except my maintenance and security of the place. Where do I pick up the info? It's from some of the committee who walks around the resident to ask for support and that's where I was informed!

Are you meant that I pick up rubbish from some of the committee themselves? I don't deny there is 2 sides in committee as my friend were in building management and I heard alot of story from him through his experience.

Im not sure what the management had done wrongly as I don't work with them every day/week. I am just making my stand based on what I felt. If any comment were harsh, please do understand that I do not know the whole story.

Not harsh for me, just a normal free flow of opinion like what others argue. When human stop argue the world come to a stand still.
