Hi All,

I believe you all saw the orangy little booth at every Ground floor of every block and 2 nice TM representatives handling over some TM Unifi brochure and lure you to "upgrade" your broadband from Streamyx to Unifi.

I really thrill when I saw Unifi is available at our condo but something amiss here. There isn't actually any service available for our area yet. I have contacted the call centre, walk into TM Point at their HQ in KL Sentral and also talk to their manager in charge. I am quite worry also as I have given my IC photocopy and sign some documents.

Anyone already got the Unifi installed? I would appreciate to have the installer contact!

I'm about to make a police report on this as the number given by the "TM representative" were not contactable and I am worried as they have my photocopy IC and signature.

Hi,
You should apply the service at TM point or get more info over the phone before going to upgrade.
Do know that Unifi got data cap, for me if I am using this service within a week my internet speed will slow down.

Hi All,

After made some calls here and there and get management some information, finally TM representatives called me and said that Amadesa is NOT equipped with UNIFI and is in the prospect list which they had plan to install UNIFI by April 2012! Maybe because we have 50 pre-registered user that willing to upgrade their streamyx to Unifi, they will make this happen quicker!

Don't worry as our application is considered safe with TM!

Finally I saw some TM people walking in and out our condo and also installing some new cables! Looks like there is some progress!
