Looking for rental at Jati Selatan, Desa Pataling

We r a married chinese couple, looking forward to rent a unit of apartment at Jati Selatan, Desa Petaling.
As i understand that it's not too big a unit and d price of rental is not costly (affordable).

Rental: RM 450.00/mth

This unit will be ready to move in by March/April 2011. New Paint.
