Sudden Pothholes in Jati Selatan Apartment!

A car tyre was stuck inside one pothholes. It was reported that management office don't want to call Bomba to check on the matter & residents who call the Bomba to check. Bomba, Polis & DBKL on the scene. Vehicle being evacuated by apartment owners. Building management only have office number of contractor, so nobody can be contacted after office hour. When DBKL make other hole to check, it is fill with water. Hopefully it won't danger the apartment building.. When DBKL create another hole to check how big the area effected, just a small peck on the road and they found water. So the whole strech of road is fill with water.

Motorcycles block another exit of the undamaged road, complaint was made & management do nothing


This afternoon,another part of the road is cracking and getting dangerous


Maybe the management office want it to colapse before calling Bomba & DBKL

Jati Selatan has many issues due to bad management. Parking & safety issues still didn't resolve after two security company changed. It takes almost two month to repair broken water tank with lots of water wasted. And now this.... ignorances of apartment safety. I'm sure there's no plans for fire drills

Please feedback to your management about Bukit Antarabangsa Highland Tower and also Bukit Damansara CIMB parking lot incident ASAP. They should not take it lightly.

Me & Jati Selatan residence did report the matter & ask them to take proper action but they still ignore us. It's been like this for years. When the crime rate was high in our apartment, they ignore us when we ask security not to let vehicle without smart tag/stickers enters until residence don't have place to park.

When the pothholes happen, 10 car was trapped in the parking bays and the management didn't inform the owners before closing the road. For two days the car was trapped because they didn't clear another emergency route which illegaly become a motorcycle parking since the building management didn't prepare a parking space for motorist.

Today, the news was published in the newspaper. I want to wish a big thank you the building management of Jati Selatan apartment 'MN ASSOCIATES (KL) SDN BHD' for reducing the market value of our apartment because of their ignorance until it was reported in local newspaper.....
