Thats rightly pointed out however, a proffesional does not need to go all the way down to that level to argue.
It just show a poor level of human relationship skill. 
Some may disagree with my point but that s my 2 cents.

I personally thinks that the person who posted the video online is as well rude and not professional. I have been dealing with the management for many years and I felt they really do their job well maintaining the condition of the condo. I have experienced some owner or resident holding a knife walks into the management office and trying to chop the manager in a very high class condominium and all because the manager refuse to go to her unit to look at some leakage. Sometimes certain resident we have to talk to them like wet market style. So far I represent myself well and she treat me very professionally.

Remember that in today's world, everyone is treated equally! You wouldn't know sometimes the person sits next to you is millionaire but what you do know that his behaviour there and then tells you how you should treat him back!

you say it correctly. if a person is rude, what can the management do? just ignore, thats about it.
they can say what they want and the truth will prevail.ppl r not stupid just to listen to one sided story.

some were just plain jeolous of the management as they cant get what they want and then condemn them.
being is the management shoes, it's hard tp please everyone. some comes with bad intention,some have other agenda on thier own. the right way is to follow rules and regulation.

some are just plain are cunning, they start to bad mouth someone and expect the whole world to trust them, it's just like throwing shit over the fan.

I know there is a request to replace them but I just felt there is no need as I felt that this team of management is just doing great!

I agree with Jeff. The current management is doing a good job. I have no complaints.
