Guys and Gals,

I have been a resident here for the past 10 over years and i have seen quite a lot of improvement from the day i move in till now.
The most significant changes  over the years:-
1) Security guard ( increase and good quality )
2) Lift ( almost trouble free )
3) Swimming pool  ( clean and well maintain )
4) Building supervisor / manager ( friendly and accomoddating )
5) Commited MC and friendly ( building got painted and a lot of events were run e.g pesta tanglung, lion dance etc )
6) Quality of living ( almost 4/5 star ) 
Things has change now and it's quite drastic afar as i can see. lately the is a new management who took over and base on what i understand from birds and bees, new MC even ask old committe to resign as there were unhappy with thier performance.
When one see a new MC come in, usually you will see a lot of changes and most oif the times, it's good , however, the same cannot be mention .Things got screw upside down and one need to be a resident here to understand the frustration.... i am, i am not sure about you.
One can safely all of the above i mention Point 1-6, got screw upside down......

  Bong more problems are coming  and I JUST sold my unit at block 17 so no complaint and no more worry.

    Just lower than market price to a relative. WCB horible now as what you mention with furniture being thrown down,robbery inside
    and broken lift and all come to one thing for me that is I need safety.

Though there are hiccups now, Winner Court B is still one of the best place to stay.  I stayed here since 1998 and reluctantly moved out in 2010 due to my growing family.  But I am keeping my unit, intending to move back when my children all have their own family.  It is a good place to stay due to the locality and the environment here is excellent.  If you talk about robbery, those petty theft is nothing compared to the theft at all other areas such as usj, cheras etc.  It only took less than 6 months when I moved into my new house, an attempt breakin into my house.  I spent thousands to add additonal grill, alarm, etc.  But 12 years in WCB, sometimes I forgot to lock my house, not one incidence happened to me and I believe, to the majority of the people in WCB.  You will have those 1 or 2 cases, which is very low but still it is safe and good place to stay.  Most people who stay there are working class or family oriented people.

Haven been loggin for awhile and some of your question were not reply.

Concern owner: my take is , from bad to worst.period. stay here for awhile, almost 12 years to be exact, never experience this before. MC arm wrestling and tussle. at the end of the day, resident suffers.

Zoey, you r rite, every where also have thier own hiccups  and problems, WCB resident were actually pretty all rite till lately where there were more and more vandalism taking place. security were also lacking, car were park everywhere of the corner, outsider coming in and use swimiing pool facilities... lift....needless to say, no ending problem. if you are lucky, u may use one, otherwise, u will have cardio exercise. :-)

as for me, i am just tired of it.

     Now residents distribute EGM meeting forms but some jokers send the secrurity guards to remove from the letter box.

   Sugar you ask the guards and they give you the answer. Those idiot instructed the guard to steal from our letterbox.
