Desa petaling is good place to stay

Hi all,

i've been staying here since yr 2000, it's been 10 years that i like this place very much.

why? accessibility is very very good, you can use MRR2, KESAS, MEX, NPE, SMART, to go everywhere you like to go...

Too bad the appreciation of the house is not much. I'd bought others area like puchong, setapak houses..but still i choose to stay here..

Why i never heard there is any new development in Desa Petaling area?

Like to ask u folks, what kind of transport do you all use to go to Bnadar Tasik Selatan...The new bus station is opening end of the year.

Yeah, i luv staying here ... Near Mid Valley, my fav shopping & food mall ... Near KL too ...

Desa Petaling is very strategic if you always travel to KL or PJ. it's not only convenient, all the highways is just a stone throw. That is my  2 cents .
The only short coming as you may already aware, access in esp. from the south.It does cause a little inconvenience.

If the developer build access in, i strongly believe the property in Desa Petaling will appreciate and the demand will be high. I wont be suprise  it can be even better than Taman Desa. The prices in Taman Desa esp in places like Case Desa or Danau is crazy... e.g  a unit of approx 1000- 1250 sf, the price can go all the way to RM 400k. emm..... Imagine if we have way in from south without going thru kampong road or U turn from Kuchai... imagine that.
