Not sure if I should post this here...this is my first post....

I'm currently looking at the houses in Desa Petaling and interested in Amadesa, I've view a unit in block C, 4th flr.
I just wish to ask those who stay here about the environment here. I'm a bit worry because the unit is already 10 yrs old.
Is there any water leaking problem in block C? Is there any bad thing happen here before? (like ppl die or fire etc) How is it staying in Amadesa?
How much is the maintenance fee for a 11xxsf unit?

I've called a few agent to view the unit but so far only one agent reply me and bring me to view, I think other agents are already to full to entertain small fish  Sad

I heard the agent say there's a agent in-charge only for the unit in Amadesa, does anyone know this person and his contact?

Thanks!

Hi Jerry  Cheesy

so u're a new resident in Amadesa?
The thing I like about the unit in Amadesa is the big balcony  Grin

Hmm, I have viewed another unit also in block C, I didn't find those brown water stains on the wall, but the bathroom condition is quite bad, there's leaking in the toilet but it's from the air con tube, hmm, will have to see a few more unit may be Undecided

So how is your water leaking problem, is it difficult to solve?

Hi Jerry

Just curious, how did you resolve your water leaking problem. I just bought a unit there (Block B) and I suspect there is a water problem in my unit. One of my walls seemed to be abit wet after heavy rain. I am just wondering if there is a water seapage problem.  Undecided

Hi Jerry

Thanks alot. I understand the painting of the building is one of the initiatives to carried out this year.Other than the damp wall, which is in the main bedroom, I have no complaints about the place. It is lovely.

I'm having the same problem with water leakage in my living hall, master bedroom and second bedroom window wall. yellowish stain now appears on this part of the wall and ceiling. My unit is on the high floor of block c. It has been more than 5 years that I've been putting up with this. Since this is an internal problem, seems like it has to be solved by owner units themselves and not the developer. Getting owners's cooperation would be most welcome.

the owners willing to rectify the problem which they can't. I love Amadesa but now settle for Sri Lata. Smiley

Not those agents not entertain small fish like you and not one agent in charge here but some are eyeing for you here. My office is next to one agency and they advice not to rush in a control or syndicated market. You got not much choice to chose here and many agents are not keen operating here since they are no match to those earthworms here.

I don't understand why they posted it on the notice board asking us to vote.Just replace them and it is not logical asking all the units to vote.Do what is right.

Ben... If hire and sack an employee in the company is OK for every resident.. But they are changing Amadesa Resort Management to another dunno what management company. That should require owner and resident concern! What if these company took our money and run away with it? (It happen in M'sia before)

So.. I glad there is notice up and asking for vote but somehow, the notice was there without EGM is a bit off.

Who took our money and run away. Why are you painting so negatively about our committee and you should thanks them for accumulating such a huge amount of money.

ChongTK, What I meant is the new management company that they are going to appoint and not the existing one!
