       Dear all residents pls ultilise this to gain more imformation about Tmn Desa Petaling so that
       we can know what is happening here. Hope we can know each others  better and gain more rights
       to our home since most of the units here are highrise with problematic strata issue and management
       issue to be resolve. This can be a place for us to share our experience and suggestion. Waiting for
       more to joint here.

i too been staying in desa petaling since 1997. I have shift 3 times in desa petaling, all within desa petaling.

I m relatively "young" compared to your years of residency in DP (5 yrs + only).
I love this place for its strategic location and the warmth of DP residents.

Hallo, I was a resident in Desa Petaling from 1993 to 2005.  I have fond memories of living in DP. Public transport and amenities are abundance. After that I moved to oversea. This coming year end, I will be visiting KL again.  I still have family in Desa Petaling but their flat is too small for my family. Hopefully, Jerry and others could help me out to  find an apartment or condo preferable Amanesa and Sri Lata for me to squat on for a month. Sorry Jerry, didnt mean to bother you here but I have no choice.  On the hindsight, perhaps we could have some gathering in December. How does that sound to you guys?

   Hi Michelle, Mr.William Tang promise to help since he know a lot of agents here but for one month
   it can be a problem. For those who are interested or never see a firefly in their life can ask him
   to show the location at Desa Petaling hill top. Better no torchlight or camera so the firefly won't
   disappear forever. At present our group still not fully organize yet and waiting for more to join us
   to have more activities. Mr.William Tang can be contacted at 012-2149111.

Hi all, I'm Irene Poon's daughter, Cecilia. Call me CC. I grow up in a small unit @ Winner Court B, Desa Petaling and we have been staying here since 1992/1993 (can't remember exactly which year).

Great to know of this forum and hopefully as more people join, it will become the next USJ forum (started by Jeff Ooi) and if things goes smoothly, Jeff will win in the next election too.

Hi All,

I came to Desa Petaling in 1998 but bought the condo in Vantage Point when I was 18 in 1995.

It is really a nice place to be living in on a hill not too far from KL town. Accessability is fantastic to either North or South with too many highways to chose from for traveling.

Traffic Jams near Sg Besi Airport however can make life irritating sometimes.

Otherwise really a good place to be in expect for the prices of the property not going up.

Would love to be in touch and make new friends.

I've been staying in Desa Petaling (Winner Court B) since 1998.
On 2002, i move out to Setapak. Last year, i'm coming back to Amadesa.

It all because the accessability and a nice place to live.

Hi to everyone.  To the one(s) who started this site, thank you to you.  Felt I knew more residents here after reading a few post.  Been staying in Desa Petaling since 1997 and loved this place so much for its conveniences, quiet, tranquility (except for the construction going on in Tasik Selatan).  With the new transportation hub in Tasik Selatan which is so close by, Desa Petaling will be getting more convenient!
