Noted Improvement at WIC

Just sharing...

I'm quite happy with the numerous improvements happening at WIC...

The security are not sleeping that much anymore. Even tho at times they still slack a little, but generally now, at least they've started controlling access into WIC, getting visitors & contractors to register...

Also, the security have also started rounding more frequently & are also being posted at other strategic locations in WIC to help keep the peace...

The barrier arms are at least working now, so less outsiders can simply make it through by just waving their hands...

Response time to barrier arm problems are significantly faster.. in the past, it would take 1-2 months to get it working again, in the recent week, within 2-3 days, any problems with the barrier arm is resolved.

Everything's cleaner now... all the sampah that has been a sore eye to all the residents & owners over many moons past is now gone... cleaned up, and so far, fortunately, very little reoccurence of the sampah issue returning...

They've started fully utilizing their super massive sampah machine near the pool, which keeps all the sampah in containment until the DBKL truck comes along...

The cleaners are now doing a great job of keeping WIC clean (not quite spick and shiny, but its good enough). I have bumped into the cleaners numerous times during my few visits to my own unit in the past week, and have noticed that the sampah rooms are emptied regularly, the corridors have less to no rubbish, the carparks are significantly cleaner, and the floors aren't as sandy as previously (but still dusty, that one can't be helped).

There is a notice board now, so that all residents can stay up to date with any announcements from the managemnet, and we have an avenue to make announcements to the residents if necessary.

The lifts are now facing less problems than in the past, when there was only like 1 or two lifts working per block as opposed to three... now all three are working fine..

the swimming pools see less outsiders coming in, and less inconsiderate ppl causing trouble at the pool.. still there are, but less lah...

Even the management is being more responsive, by utilizing the notice board more often to make necessary announcements & reminders about the rules & regulations (or guidelines as I prefer to call them) at WIC....

Its not perfect, but its getting better...

now that you said it, it makes phenom think, and yes, its true.

haha phenom go work, phenom come home, phenom hide in room. then phenom go starbucks, then phenom come home, again phenom hide in room. then phenom go out and play with suzie, rachel and ginny, phenom come home, and guess what, phenom hide in room.

so thank you captain for making phenom realize how much better WIC is today 

one more thing to add.. actually there are less renovations as compared to earlier, so less dust and less noise, saturdays at home have been much better these two weeks.

Indeed, good point.. i did realise it, but forgot to mention... there is much less reno going on... i guess the bulk of the reno has been completed, and now, lesser ppl are doing reno simultaneously....

hey, I wanna join too! I wanna play with Suzie Rachel Ginny... I knew her in school... how'd she suddenly become three people?? hahaha

Indeed, good point.. i did realise it, but forgot to mention... there is much less reno going on... i guess the bulk of the reno has been completed, and now, lesser ppl are doing reno simultaneously....

haha one had nice you know which, one had sweet you know what and one had great pair of you know where.. (of course its personality, EQ and charisma, duh..) each sold separately

There have been more improvements, but as I'm typing this, there are also a few items which we are on reverse gear....

Improvements on the part of the ground floor parking, we've got a more clearer picture as to visitor parking lots, & at least a little A4 paper showing where the location of Block A lifts are...

they;ve closed up the parking for block B Ground floor, since those are for sale, which I recall now was informed to us before we got the keys...

the security now goes aroudn the condo car park as well as each individual floor for rounds... they got a motor bike to also ronda the carparks... and they are manned are more locations more often nowadays...

the card access scanner ahs been moved out a wee little bit (probably 4 inches out??).. but at least its been moved...

We've got more than 2 clamps now...and I've seen them in action a couple of times...

but...at night.. the security are still too laxed... and also, recently, since the card scanner auto arm is again, spoilt, the security are also too chin chai in letting people in..

the exit arm is 100% open at all times, which it shouldn't be...


still lots of room for improvement...
