let me start with Street Fighter.. unless you die hard fan for this Superboy drama chica AVOID at all costs.. stoopid character design and stoopid story line..

but the again on the other similar note if you HAD to choose between SF and Dragonball, go for DB because it is way cooler. linear storyline and very predictable but enjoyable larr. the 2 chica there Bulma and Chi Chi way kickass than Kristin Kreuk..

BTW anyone watched this quite recent Korean flick 'The Good, The Bad, The Weird' phenom thinks it is more entertaining than the former 2 movies combined.

phenom rates:
Street Fighter; ChunLi  Grin Cheesy Angry Angry Angry
Dragon Ball Evolution  Grin Grin Cheesy Angry Angry
The Good The Bad The Weird  Grin Grin Grin Angry Angry

 Grin = 1 phenom point
 Cheesy = 1/2 phenom point
 Angry = to fill in the blanks (out of 5)

cute.... i like the emoticons.. hahaha..

I concur on Street fighter... had it been another movie called "Kristin Kreuk learns Kung Fu", then still not bad... it brings shame to the name street fighter... i think i would've preferred the Van Dam version... thats probably more entertaining (although less realistic)...

And the chun li get up & buns... they don't work on kristin kreuk... blue dress?? thats not the kung fu dress that chun li gets down with... grrrrr...ugly buns...

phenom.. luckily you put an explanation.. i was already going like Shocked ... Jonas brothers?? Wtf??

hahaha... yup.. Transformers...  hehehe... I'm a DragonBall Fan Boy, but i don't high expectations for the live action movie version... am keen to see how far they fare.. but am not banking on it being any close to the anime... I think its because, the anime doesn't try to be realistic, and the movie adaptions nowadays try to be too realistic... i.e. Bale Batman VS M.Keaton Batman... New boy Supes VS C.Reeves Supes...

Chun Li (ugghhh..).. and looking at the trailer for DB, seems like its going the same way...

actually i am not too keen on the dragonball.. as i am also a big fan of the Dragonball anime and manga, the japanese one.
Seing those characters, appearance no way near the originals... i am disheartened.
Not that i am against creativity, but when you took something so popular and change it, its not that original anymore. If you ( screenplay writers, directors ), you should write your own story... not do some cosmetic surgery on them...

Me looking forward to Transformers too...

Now Showing: Taken starring Liam Neeson.

phenom rates:  Grin Grin Grin Angry Angry

i notice this movie just went up our local cinema, but i've watched this probably a few months back. not bad, a retired secret agent using his old school knowledge to rescue his abducted daughter.. something at first seemed impossible to do (since these guys have lots and lots of hideout and even french government cannot do anything to them, jelly beans issue) but then.. you can find out yourself.. you see the scarier side of the world, and you can pick up some spy and interogation skills along the way  Cheesy

not die-hard kinda big production with lots of explosives, but storyline will keep you interested till the end.

the abducted daughter's cute too -> Maggie Grace, the chica with ultra hot pair of legs from first two seasons of Lost - the one with step-brother that's in love with her - before producers decided to kill her off and leave us with only the freckle and korean chica for drool factor. Hope JJ Abrams will magically make Maggie Grace appear back on lost for whatever non sensible reason - just want to see her in the series again  Kiss Kiss
