Suggestion for improvement in WCB

As a resident here in WCB, i have to said that i am happy with the current management and all CM who  volunter and sacrifying for the benefits of all. All the effort and countless time spend is not even being appreciated  at times. I personally have seen small good improvement taking place and very sure in time to come, it will be even more and better. Well done and thanks again.

I would  to  share my 2 cents worth of suggestions and hope that it can meterialize before fund is being use for other big project as i believe the suggestion i am going to put up is not going to take much of it. Things that need a little bit of attention as per what i see...

1) To tar the road within WCB. ( non priority if it's to expensive )
2) Children palyground. Flooring need a little attention as GAP for rubber is getting wider and wider. ( b4 any accident happen )
3) Swimming pool, lazy chairs  a liitle run down. If can get few unit of wooden chair, it will be good ( hopefully with umbrella )
4) Canopy beside lazy chair?  ( i am not sure how you call it? ) :-)

  Hi Bong, thanks for sharing your input. Bong the taring of the road indeed being discuss by the MC but being delay
   until we can get a better value since it is a non priority and expensive. The gaping between the rubbers I will pass
   your massage to Peter, our present office manager so that retification can done. In fact residents can call Peter to
   give input or remind him to get things done and he is quite helpful.On those lazy chairs within the pool is also on
   discussion to replace it soon... yes run down and ugly.To put a canopy  beside the lazy chairs,a good ideal to make
   that place look better and I will pass this to the MC when we meet.Dear Bong approval are base on majority decision at the MC.
   WCB will start painting after Chinese New Year. A Happy Chinese New Year to all Desa Petaling residents.
