Faded colour of Winner Court B

    Winner Court A and Court B are the only remaining place in Desa Petaling still waiting to put on a new face. With the price of
    painting material and labour increasing non stop, hopefully we can still put  on a new coat of decent paint and have a handsome face.
    The residents here need to decide now when we really need to change our old weathered face. A new begining and a new paint
    in the future. Please give your suggestion on what colour our apartment most suited us.

Agreed our apartment with faded paint and with almost no colour after so many years.We need a new colour for our apartment.I suggest yellow,brown & green.....

 Tender are being call for the repainting of  WINNER COURT B apartments recently. Those interested
 please drop at the management office for more details. Also replacement of the water pipe system
 being included.

Have seen lately, quite a number of home now painted in dull green and the whole house very modern and warm & homely feeling.  Brown is also a good choice - like Balinese inspired colour - resort like feel.

    New paint and pipe leakage are on the way after the MC call for the EGM with the residents to voice
    their opinion and suggestion. You and the residents are encourage to give suggestion and solution
    for further improvement to turn WCB into Bali like staying to the MC.
